Passo, Passo Taraftar & tickets

Information for members about registration and ticket requests for matches in Türkiye. Registration, payments and ticket processing are handled through the official channels of Passo, Passo Taraftar, Passolig and other relevant providers.

This guide provides general practical information. Providers may change their steps, conditions, fees, procedures and technical systems. Always check their official websites and apps before registering, paying or buying a ticket.

The association has no commercial, legal, organisational or official connection with Passo, Passo Taraftar, Passolig, Aktif Bank or other providers. It does not issue, sell, manage or distribute their cards or tickets.

Members register, apply, pay and buy in their own name, at their own expense and responsibility. The association is not responsible or liable for registrations, payments, accounts, cards, tickets, SMS verification, error messages, rejected applications, procedural changes, stadium access problems or technical faults at these providers.

Use the English-language Passo Taraftar website: https://passotaraftar.com.tr/en.

1. Select Apply Now or the card application option.
2. Select your club.
3. As a foreign applicant, choose the available prepaid option.
4. Enter your personal details exactly as in your passport, using your passport number where a foreign ID or passport number is requested.
5. Enter your mobile number and verify it with the SMS code.
6. Complete the application and pay the annual e-ticket system fee if requested.

You need a Passo Taraftar account/card to buy tickets for matches sold through Passo.

Use the English-language Passo website: https://www.passo.com.tr/en.

1. Create an account or sign in.
2. Where possible, use the same email address and phone number as your Passo Taraftar registration.
3. If asked to link your ticket or account to your Passo Taraftar card/account, sign in with the same registration details.
4. Add sufficient funds to your Passo Taraftar account/card.
5. Buy tickets through Passo or the Passo Mobile app.

A Passo Taraftar Card / Passolig card is required for the matches sold through Passo.

Some Dutch mobile numbers may not be recognised, which can prevent the verification SMS from arriving. Depending on the website, try 00316XXXXXXXX or 003106XXXXXXXX. If the SMS still does not arrive, try another mobile number if possible. This can vary by provider and registration page.

The association’s work is voluntary. Organising activities and helping with ticket requests takes time and effort. We aim to assist as many members as possible and distribute available tickets fairly and transparently. These rules apply to matches played in Türkiye.

Members can submit requests by email, at least one week before the match. We check membership and assess what is possible. A request does not mean that a ticket is available or will be allocated.

We understand that members want to attend with family or friends. The association’s continuity depends on its membership, so our priority is to support members. Tickets cannot simply be requested or provided for non-members.

In principle, members can request one additional ticket for a direct family member or relationship:

• Father or mother
• Brother or sister
• Fiancé or fiancée
• Husband or wife

Friends, cousins, nephews, nieces and other acquaintances are outside this arrangement.

The board has some season tickets that may be made available to members when possible. If a ticket is allocated through an association season ticket, pay the required amount to the association’s bank account. Payment details will be provided separately.

If a ticket is allocated through Istanbul, you are responsible for maintaining sufficient funds on your Passolig card. Without sufficient funds, the ticket may not be processed or allocated.

A ticket request is never a guarantee. Availability depends on capacity, club rules, Passolig/Passo procedures and any instructions from Türkiye. We aim for fair, careful and transparent distribution. Check current official conditions, fees, instructions and match rules before paying or buying.
